Sessions carried out in groups or individually, we begin with a 15-minute warm-up for the spine that is our base, axis and support.
Then we will work on strength of the abdomen, buttocks and extremities with some accessories such as resistance bands and / or balls, to finish we will work deeper muscle stretches, and we will close the session with weight changes and balances.
Throughout the class We emphasize breathing in order to progressively improve the mobility, flexibility and posture of the students, reducing the effects of stress. This class can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or physical condition, as stretching is a good way to get moving in a friendly way.
